Kelly Kiefer currently spends her time in the intersection where impact and capital collide for great good. Over the past 20 years, Kiefer has become known for her strategic thinking; attention to detail; collaborative, tenacious spirit; and passion for authentic connection. She honed her business acumen acting as CEO and Creative Director of her eponymous art company, based in New York. With her artwork in very capable hands for representation and production, she’s diversified her focus with involvement in additional (ad)ventures. Recent roles in impact investing, philanthropy, and risk mitigation for trustees involved in wealth transfer, have led to meaningful work with organizations making progress in all areas of Impact.

Kiefer believes too much of the impact community lacks critical, yet accessible, infrastructure, business acumen, financial and collaborative resources required for sustainability and growth. She believes alleviating unnecessary suffering, as well as solving the most pressing external problems in the world, begins with human beings doing the inner work; work which heals our wounds at the roots. When we heal with our fear, trauma, anxiety, self limiting beliefs, it affects how we show up for ourselves and the worlds around us in a way that creates positive, lasting, change. Kelly loves that “what if” is such a tiny phrase loaded with possibility and believes accelerating the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of human beings, while creating substantial financial outcomes, is the most meaningful way to elevate humanity in an impactful way.

2020: Kiefer is currently working with a private, invite-only, group of mission-aligned family offices, wealth owners, and institutions who support each other in funding the evolution of human consciousness (mental health; health and wellness). Her focus is primarily on strategic planning and implementation, messaging, and relationship development. She shares their belief that accelerating the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of human beings, while creating substantial financial outcomes, is the most meaningful way to elevate humanity in an impactful way.
